The Lofts apartments are situated on the beach road in Surin which is fast developing into one of the trendiest areas of Phuket. Overlooking the Kings Park, location of Phuket's first golf course, now a public park, these apartments put you on the front step of all that the area has to offer. The apartments are accessed through a code panel lock with remote entry possible from the apartment for visitors. The apartments are situated above Steven Roberto's Envision wine shop with a fine selection of wines, a great bar area and comfy lounge for taking a few sips and spinning a yarn or two.

Situated on the upper floor of this modernised shop-house is a home in the true "Penthouse" sense of the word. Upon entering the home to the indoor living area, you are able to appreciate the spaciousness and sense of style that makes this one of the most attractive apartments in the area. The open plan living room/ kitchen is enhanced by the balcony overlooking the park to the beach beyond and is ideal for entertaining smaller groups or when the weather does not permit al fresco. The guest bedroom is situated on this level and has en suite bathroom. Both are separated by recessed frosted glass sliding doors.

The open roof cavity forming the mezzanine provides a dramatic ceiling almost 6 meters high which are not impeded by the use of glass stairways and floating glass walkways above.

The master bedroom is on the upstairs mezzanine with the over sized king (2.5meter wide) black leather bed looking over the patio to the beach beyond. A large LCD TV and surround speakers are all recessed to provide a most conformable viewing experience. The Master bathroom is an indulgence with spa bath. A stainless steel bracketed glass wall provides the partition between the lavatory, shower and the main bath area and a large picture window provides an eagle eyes view of the valley and superb morning light.

The crowning glory is the patio and rooftop terrace. These are accessed by a glass walkway over the mezzanine and are ideal for surveying all that is going on in the surrounding area and beach. An ideal position to entertain and to be seen entertaining.
